Here are a few details so that you will feel safe and protected when you arrive and you know what to expect.

Just FYI there will be hand sanitiser by the front door, may I kindly request that you use this before knocking on the door.

I will take your temperature and then mine too to reassure you that I am healthy as well.  I will then ask you to leave your coat, shoes and handbag in a lidded box by the front door.  I will be wearing a visor and an apron so please do not be alarmed.

My feeling is that you do not need to wear a mask yourself unless you want to, except when you are on the couch and I am giving Reiki, then I will request that you wear one.  If you would prefer to wear one throughout that is fine too, your choice as to whatever makes you feel most comfortable and safe.

I can supply disposable masks if you need one. I can also supply disposable gloves if you would like to use them.

I will be using hand sanitiser throughout and will use gloves for all COVID-19 hygiene protocols.

Please bring your own water to drink during treatments.

Most of the soft furnishings, crystals and what I call the pink and fluffy stuff have been removed so the room looks a little empty and clinical!  However, these are just the icing on the cake as far as I am concerned and not essential for the healing process to take place. Not my wish at all however, I am firmly following the guidelines.

Payment to be done by bank transfer before you come or cash in a sealed envelope to be left on a table on the day.

I also have to keep your name, address and telephone number and date of session for 21 days for NHS track and trace.  Again this is just a government rule.

For new clients I will send a consultation form to you by email and request that you kindly fill this out and return to me before your session.  This would normally be done by us together in person at the beginning of your first treatment, however again following the requested guidelines this enables us to start the healing work quicker.  So actually quite a good step.

If you have any worries or concerns about any of the protocols in place please do not hesitate to email me and I will respond as soon as I can.
